Kootenay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking to add a Parts Advisor to our team in Trail, British Columbia. We are a well-established, high-volume dealership with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction and a supportive team environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive parts experience who is looking for long-term stability, competitive compensation, and a high quality of life in the West Kootenays.

About the Role

The Parts Advisor is a key member of our Fixed Operations team, responsible for assisting technicians and customers with parts needs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient workflow in the service department.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and retail customers with parts identification and sales
• Order, receive, and stock inventory accurately
• Maintain organized parts storage and inventory control systems
• Process parts transactions, invoices, and returns
• Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely repairs
• Provide professional and efficient customer service in person and over the phone

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive wage: $22.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
